Room for Rent in Quiet Neighborhood Just North of UCO House (Shared Housing)

We have two rooms for rent in a four bedroom house approximately 1.5 miles from UCO. Each room is $540 per month and this price includes all utilities and internet! The two available rooms share a large bathroom. The rooms can be unfurnished or... partially furnished depending on the needs of the renters. The neighborhood is quiet, low-traffic, and relatively shaded. It's great for walking and thinking. We have a covered patio in a large private back yard that is fully fenced. We also have a vegetable garden. There is some space in the garage for storage as needed. The shared kitchen is large and we have just about every kind of kitchen utensil one might need. Common spaces are also shared.

Owners are active professionals (teachers) who are into the outdoors, gardening, reading, and exploring. We believe in showing respect, kindness, and compassion to those around us.

A few of our policies:

No smoking or partying. Renters should be conscientious and very clean. Mutual respect between owners and renters is assumed at all times.

We have a friendly dog. Renters should be comfortable around furry friends.

We are open to multiple rental options. Presently, we would prefer housemates who would like to rent through the summer and the fall semester with the possibility of renewal. We are also looking for someone who might be open to doing some yard maintenance during part of the summer in exchange for reduction in rent.
