The laundry room has washer and dryer hookups and storage.
The backyard is fenced and has a metal storage building. There is access to the Rippetoe Elementary School playground without going into the street. Moore Schools.
It has a large, underground storm shelter. The top of the shelter can be used for additional outdoor living space.

To make this house your home, you need a take-home income of at least $5,000 per month. You must be honest and be good at paying your bills. We can work with people who have a checkered past if they are no longer doing dumb stuff.
